A-Companies have their own property maintenance activities, for which summer employees are hired as property maintenance trainees. Summer is a busy time for yard work, and summer workers are hired to help with seasonal work. Summer maintenance work requires a careful and brisk approach.
Most of the summer work is related to the management of yard plantings. Experienced summer workers are also involved in yard repairs, such as renovations of fencing and outdoor furniture. In addition, a few summer workers are hired for cleaning work.
The summer worker must be at least 15 years old. The work day of summer workers is 07.00 to 15.00 on weekdays. The duration of a summer employment is generally 1-3 months between June and August.Lue lisää
At Christmas, A-Companies’ customer service opening hours are different from normal sevice hours. On Thursday December 23, customer service closes at 12.00 and on Christmas Eve customer service is closed. On Monday
December 27 we will resume normal opening hours.
On New Year’s Eve on Friday December 31, customer service closes at 14.00, and on Epiphany on Thursday January 6 customer service is closed.

The traditional free Christmas saunas will be heated on Friday December 24. More information will be available your house’s bulletin board.

Sauna and cabinet premises in Runeberginkatu 36 and Pormestarinkatu are available to rent. A renter has to take care of the currently valid corona restrictions when arranging an event.Lue lisää
Communications to the Residents
A-Companies communicates to the residents through resident newsletters and news bulletins, a resident magazine, a website and Facebook pages. In addition, residents are encountered at resident meetings.
