Our customer service staff provides services related to housing. Please contact our customer service by phone, email or by contacting our office when you wish to:

  • Rent an apartment or end a tenancy
  • Reserve a parking space
  • Book a sauna shift
  • Reserve a sauna or cabinet space
  • Provide feedback on housing services
  • Resolve rent payment
  • Notify of name changes, and of new or relocated residents in your home
  • Report a maintenance need or fault in the home or order paid maintenance services

On weekdays from 08.00 to 16.00 (Wednesdays until 16.30)

Calls made to customer service are recorded for quality improvement and service verification.

At other times when needing urgent maintenance or reporting disruptions, call the service emergency. Check the contact information of your service personnel.

You can submit a non-urgent fault report with the electronic form.
