Communication with the Tenants

Communication with the tenants at A-Companies is open, proactive and interactive. Tenants receive information, and can discuss and provide feedback on housing issues in a number of different ways.

Bulletins for Tenants

Bulletins about your own home house are distributed on paper to each tenant’s mail box or posted on the house bulletin board. Current housing issues can also be followed on the A-Companies’ Facebook pages.

The Tenant Magazine

The magazine is published four times a year, distributed to all tenants and to A-Companies’ stakeholders. The magazine informs about A-Companies’ upcoming events and about tenants, and shares information on housing issues.

Annual Review

An annual summary of the financial situation of A-Companies, of rental and tenant activities, and on construction and repairs at A-Companies.

Tenant Meetings

An annual meeting held house by house, to which all residents of the house are welcome. In addition, a joint tenant’s meeting is held once a year for the residents of all the houses. Invitations to meetings are distributed to residents’ homes or posted on the houses’ bulletin board.
