If you notice a fault or damage in your home, contact A-Companies’ customer service and report the fault, either using the electronic form below, or by telephone.

Water damage and other similar damages must be reported immediately, whatever the time of day.

Reports on faults or damages sent using the electronic form, will be processed on weekdays between 08.00 and 16.00. In urgent cases, call customer service or the service emergency number. The service emergency number can also be found on the bulletin board of your home.
