A-company’s customer service will close on Friday 30.4. at 14.00. We will open again and serve by phone on Monday 3.5. at 8.00. In urgent matters, please contact on-call service.

A-companie´s customer service is closed on Easter holidays 2.4. and 5.4.

In urgent matters please contact our maintenance. You can check the maintenance duty number of your house from the service contact page.

Limited service continues

Reduced operations in the A-companies continues due to the corona restrictions.  The jogging sauna´s in the houses, as well as the gym and the rental cabinets are out of use. The residents own sauna shifts will continue as normal during the restriction period. We will only perform urgent maintenance work in the apartments and our staff will use face masks and ensure that the maintenance visit is safe for the health of our residents and staff. Cleaning of the common areas of the properties will be executed as normal.

Our customer service is executed only by phone or email. Services that require the customer´s personal presence (conclusion of a lease agreement, handing over of keys) are agreed separately with the customer.

The corona restrictions changes the services

Due to the corona restrictions imposed by RSAA and the city of Porvoo’s corona guidelines, we are reducing our operations in the A-companies. Starting from Monday 1^st March, we will limit people-to-people encounters and seek to make other arrangements in addition to existing measures to curb the epidemic situation. The exception arrangements are in force until March 28^th.

The jogging sauna´s in the houses, as well as the gym and the rental cabinets are out of use from 1. – 28.3. The residents own sauna shifts will continue as normal during the restriction period. We will only perform urgent maintenance work in the apartments and our staff will use face masks and ensure that the maintenance visit is safe for the health of our residents and staff. Cleaning of the common areas of the properties will be executed as normal.

Our customer service is executed only by phone or email. Services that require the customer´s personal presence (conclusion of a lease agreement, handing over of keys) are agreed separately with the customer.

In addition, we close the use of our premises so that only the necessary work tasks are performed. Otherwise, the personnel of the A-companies will work remotely or in the field.

Opening hours at Christmas

There are some exceptions to the opening hours of the A-Companies offices during Christmas and New Year:
On Wednesday 23.12.2020 telephone service is available from 08.00 to 12.00.
On Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24th 2020, customer service is closed.
On New Year’s Eve on Thursday, December 31st 2020, telephone service is open from 08.00 to 14.00.
On Epiphany on Wednesday, January 6th 2021, customer service is closed.

Opening hours may change due to the coronavirus epidemic. Outside customer service hours there is on-call service. You can find maintenance duty number on a-yhtiot.fi or on house bulletin board.

Customer service by telephone and e-mail

Because of the coronavirus recommendations customer service at A-companies (Vuorikatu 3) has temporarily shifted to service by telephone and e-mail. Customer service by telephone and e-mail is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8 AM to 4 PM, on Wednesdays from 8 AM to 4.30 PM.
