Application is valid for three months. If needed, it must be renewed personally or in written format at A-yhtiöt office.

Application will take effect only as all appendix have been submitted to A-yhtiöt. A-yhtiöt will check applicants credit.

Appendix needed:

• certificate of applicants’ total monthly income (certificate concerning salary, allowance or pension income) or student certificate
• latest pre completed tax return, section concerning details on assets. Latest tax return can be printed/downloaded in MyTax -service 

Also if needed:

• report on property (current value) in case the applicant owns or has owned an apartment or an estate during last five years
• creditor’s certificate of loans concerning the property
• immigrants: report on right of residence in the territory
